Meet The Team.

Greg Fitzgerald-Company Director.

Born in Townsville and a Pimlico SHS Class of ’87 Graduate, I started my apprenticeship in 1989 as a cabinet maker, after 10 years in the trade I needed to get some different experiences under my belt which lead me to PRTS in early 2007 when I purchased the business from John & Karin Jaksch. After many lessons on the whiteboard, 2 years studying Engineering at CQU (I did not finish the AD) and visiting the many and varied industrial sites around North Queensland, I believe I now have a small grasp of the instrumentation world!  Growing PRTS over the years has proved to be an extremely fulfilling yet challenging adventure which I look back upon very fondly. I have also spent many years involved with community organisations such as Apex and DriveIt NQ and enjoy the prospect of giving back to the community that supports us.

Allanna Fitzgerald-Procurement & Logistics Officer.

Originally from southern QLD, I came to Townsville in 1992 for what was meant to be a 6 month stay, yet here I still am 33 years later. I have worn many hats but have spent most of my working life in Hospitality and Tourism.  I have always had a passion for photography and in 2008, I opened a studio specialising in Weddings and Family Photography.  When I’m not working, I love cooking, travelling, and spending time with my family, which includes two very cute Dachshunds. I have been with PRTS for 8 years as a member of the Purchasing and Logistics team. Part of my job is to process incoming Purchase Orders, consigning goods for shipment once they have been received and look after the logistics process. It is truly a pleasure to be part of an team where everyone is valued and inspired to excel.

Glenn Slattery-Business Development Manager.

Born in the small town of Ayr, I enjoyed a fun and carefree childhood spent fishing, camping and riding dirtbikes around the vast cane fields of the Burdekin. I have always been a sponge for knowledge, with countless hours spent reading all things about science, history and the natural world. This desire led to me to securing an apprenticeship at the CSR Inkerman Sugar Mill in Home Hill as a Dual Trade Instrument Fitter Electrical Fitter/Mechanic, completing my trade certificate at the end of 1999. From there, my path took a vastly different direction and I found myself drawn to the field of Industrial Instrumentation and Automation Sales at Yokogawa in their Brisbane office as an Internal Sales Engineer on contract. The permanent staff had been moved to dedicate their time working on the ill fated Queensland Magnesium Project. Unfortunately I was let go to allow the other staff to return to their original roles. This was a turning point in my career, that saw me return back on the tools working on numerous projects in a wide variety of industries, including the Caltex Lytton refinery upgrade, commercial power and lighting fit outs around SEQ, and also saw me return to my hometown to work on the Pioneer Sugar Mill Co-Gen project in 2003. I then returned to Brisbane to work at the BOC Bulwer Island cryogenic facility, when by a twist of fate, saw me return to the fold at Yokogawa. During the next nearly 10 years, I progressed through the corporate ladder which ultimately led me back to Townsville to run the remote office here. I serviced customers and sites from Mackay to Cooktown and through central Western Queensland until 2014, when I joined the PRTS team. In 2021 I took a chance to go back to the corporate world of Instrumentation, but ultimately I missed the comradery and tight knit family at PRTS and I was welcomed back to become their new BDM in December 2025. My 25 plus years of exposure to all manner of industries, products and applications has continued to satiate my thirst for knowledge and provide expertise and solutions to my ever growing customer base.

Garry Sellen-Instrumentation Specialist.

My working journey started back on the 23rd January 1986 as a wide-eyed 17 year old, with the commencement of my Fitting-Instrumentation Apprenticeship with QNPL (as QNI Yabulu was then known) having completed Grade 12 at Ignatius Park College in November the previous year. This journey continued into late 2009 and included being appointed to Shift Work in late 1993, and the transferal onsite to Transfield Services in 1996. A few odd jobs followed and then my start with PRTS in April 2011, combining both my Trade skills along with the Sales skills picked up from my brief stint in Real Estate. I’m a single father to 3 young adults. My eldest Son is 25, my younger Son is 22 and my Daughter is 19. My main interest outside of PRTS is basically cars and you will generally see me on the outskirts of many of the local car gatherings around the Townsville region. This interest also extends to being the current Vice President of the Townsville Veteran, Vintage & Historic Motor Club (TVV&HMC) of which I have been a member of for approximately the last 7 or 8 years.

Ellen Agostinelli-Accounts Manager.

Having grown up in Ingham, after graduating high school in 2015, I moved to Townsville where I was able to continue my competitive cheerleading journey. We had won multiple state and national competitions as well as a bid to compete at Worlds in Orlando. Unfortunately COVID happened and ruined this dream. In 2019 I got a traineeship to a complete a Certificate 3 in Business, which is where my time at PRTS began. I joined the purchasing team and then took on the role of purchasing manager in 2021. In 2023 I completed a Certificate 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping to expand my knowledge. I went on maternity leave at the end of 2024 and welcomed a beautiful baby girl a few weeks later. I rejoined the PRTS team in October 2025 where I have assumed the role of Accounts Manager. Outside of PRTS, I enjoy spending time and going on adventures with my little family.

Clayton Lavis-Procurement and Logistics Manager.

With a background spanning both Civil Construction & Business Administration, I am driven by a passion for professional growth and community impact. In 2024, I was proud to be recognized as the Regional Indigenous Trainee of the Year for Townsville and was invited to participate in the NAEN ‘Today’s Skills, Tomorrow’s Leaders’ leadership program in Canberra, alongside 19 other amazing apprentices and trainees. At PRTS, I manage the lifecycle of our orders, striving for a seamless transition from order placement to dispatch alongside our Procurement & Logistics Officer. Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am also an active advocate for regional development, where I can advocate for a better Townsville, a stronger Queensland, and a powerful Australia.
