Burkert Liquid Analytical Range.
- Burkert offers comprehensive solutions for fluid analysis, including modular multi-parameter systems and a wide range of individual sensors for measuring various water and liquid quality parameters.
-
- The Burkert 8202 ELEMENT Series of pH/ORP transmitter and electrodes are a compact measuring system for direct connection to the control level (PLC) via analogue 4…20 mA signal or digital IO-Link or Bürkert system bus (büS)/CANopen communication. Parametrisation, calibration and transfer of parametrisation data all possible thanks to a removable display/configuration module. Fast and easy adaptation of the device between pH and ORP measurement use of 120 mm standard PG 13.5 pH/ORP probes with S8 connection. Simple one- or two-point calibration can be carried out directly on the device; simulation of process values and diagnostic functions. Compatible with Burkerts range of 8203 pH/ORP electrodes ‘Standard 120mm PG13.5 glass electrodes come in a wide variety to suit most process applications.
- The Burkert 8228 (Inductive) and 8222 (Electrode) ELEMENT range of conductivity sensors and transmitters are suitable for most common applications in industry, from water/wastewater to mineral processing plants. They are a compact measuring system for direct connection to the control level (PLC) via analogue 4…20 mA signal or digital IO-Link or Bürkert system bus (büS)/CANopen communication. Parametrisation, calibration and transfer of parametrisation data all possible thanks to a removable display/configuration module.
Optical oxygen-Sensor IKS ODOS
The IKS series of optical DO ‘ODOS’ sensors are specially designed for use in aquaculture for fish farming, lake and river monitoring, as well as in water and wastewater treatment. We also offer a particularly robust submersible version including bite protection. This version can be used up to a water depth of 50m. Furthermore, the sensor can be delivered with an IP68 connector plug or with fixed cable in different lengths. The benefit of using optical measurement technology in lieu of traditional electrochemical sensors, means that no more membrane and electrolyte replacement/maintenance needs to be undertaken. Which means less downtime and ongoing spare part costs.
- Measuring range from 0 to 200% Sat, 0 to 20 mg/l. Accuracy (at 25° C): +/-1%. Quantification limit: 0,1%, Reaction time (t90): < 60 s Pressure: max. 2 bar. Temperature range -5 to 50°C. Temperature compensation: automatic malfunction diagnosis: in case of sensor cap malfunction. Probe diameter: 20 mm, 30 mm with submersible version. Process connection: optionally with 1" thread. Material: PVC. It also features integrated 4-20mA current interface in 2-wire technology or with digital Modbus RTU-interface featuring variable salinity offset via conductivity for strong brines. ODOS can be connected directly with an SPS or a process control system.
