Burkert Fluid Control Systems
Burkert Flowmeter Range.
- Oval gear, positive displacement flowmeters for accurate measurement of high viscosity and non-conductive fluids (oils, fuels, dosing chemicals). Available with various data displays, monitoring, signal transmission, 2-point control, and dosing control in combination with various transmitters.
- Cost effective insertion paddle wheel (8025 series) and alternatively EMF (Electromagnetic) (8045 series) flowmeters for use in clean fluids in line sizes from DN20 to DN400. Available with various data displays, monitoring, signal transmission and batch control options.
- FLOWave SAW (surface acoustic wave) flowmeter (8098 series). Is a highly specialized unit for use in detecting phase shifts and densities between different fluids, for example in hygienic CIP applications where chemicals can be distinguished from products to prevent contamination.
Burkert Liquid Analytical Range.
- Burkert offers comprehensive solutions for fluid analysis, including modular multi-parameter systems and a wide range of individual sensors for measuring various water and liquid quality parameters.

- The Burkert 8202 ELEMENT Series of pH/ORP transmitter and electrodes are a compact measuring system for direct connection to the control level (PLC) via analogue 4…20 mA signal or digital IO-Link or Bürkert system bus (büS)/CANopen communication. Parametrisation, calibration and transfer of parametrisation data all possible thanks to a removable display/configuration module. Fast and easy adaptation of the device between pH and ORP measurement use of 120 mm standard PG 13.5 pH/ORP probes with S8 connection. Simple one- or two-point calibration can be carried out directly on the device; simulation of process values and diagnostic functions. Compatible with Burkerts range of 8203 pH/ORP electrodes ‘Standard 120mm PG13.5 glass electrodes come in a wide variety to suit most process applications.
- The Burkert 8228 (Inductive) and 8222 (Electrode) ELEMENT range of conductivity sensors and transmitters are suitable for most common applications in industry, from water/wastewater to mineral processing plants. They are a compact measuring system for direct connection to the control level (PLC) via analogue 4…20 mA signal or digital IO-Link or Bürkert system bus (büS)/CANopen communication. Parametrisation, calibration and transfer of parametrisation data all possible thanks to a removable display/configuration module.
Burkert process control and solenoid valve range.
- Now a Bürkert classic, the Type 2000 angle seat valve has been playing a key role in processes for multiple decades, and we cannot imagine our portfolio without it. Available in sizes from DN10 to a class leading DN80 and either stainless steel or gunmetal, with multiple process connection options, including weldlets for steam applications.
- Burkerts range of solenoid valves is extremely comprehensive, with solutions for just about every application, from simple water or pneumatic control to advanced chemical, steam, high pressure and even cryogenic processes.
- Type 2671 and 2674 2/2-way butterfly valves are available in various designs (wafer type, lug type) and in different materials, to meet the requirements of various applications and processes. They can be manually operated or controlled by various actuators and positioner combinations, such as those mentioned below.
- Type 2051/2052 Quarter Turn pneumatic actuators are available in numerous sizes with torque ratings up to 6812Nm @ 8Barg. Both meet NAMUR and ISO 5211 interfaces for mounting options of control valves/positioners/solenoids.
- Type 3003/3004/3005 Quarter Turn electrically operated actuators are available in multiple voltages, 24VAC/DC, 110VAC, 240VAC and 400VAC providing a wide range of options depending on the end users available power supply. They also come with adjustable limit switches and numerous control input options, both analogue for modulating control and digital for on/off.
